Youth will leave with a clear understanding regarding the importance of personal image and the roll that it plays when creating a powerful personal brand. They will become well informed of what it takes to be in business by inner acting with some of Houston Finest Black Business Owners.

 

Mastering your connection with the Business World

Participants will identify the hidden strengths from within that will position them in becoming a Master at Branding their company’s name throughout the community. Learn the art of  a “One Minute Commercial” that with give participants that stand out “Curb Appeal”.

Maximizing Your Empowerment Skills

Participants will learn how to become the driving force behind what they are purposed and driven to do in the business world. They will know how to move others to doing business with them. They will become confident with taking their competitive skills to the next level. Learn to incorporate the “Entrepreneur Mentality” into your business habits. 

• Module #1 – Motivational Madness - Youth will discover their purpose within the business industries and how they fit into becoming an entrepreneur. The participants will feel much better about who they are and how to position themselves in the business world.
• Module #2 – Entrepreneur Empowerment “ How to Handle Ya Business” By D-Mars - This dynamic component will be presented by one of Houston’s finest young entrepreneurs. He will personally walk the participants through the life of a young business and how mentorship and support plat an effect role in reaching your potential. Explain the strategy and action plan that is needed in order to get started right.
• Module #3 – EDU-TAINMENT Featuring Drum off / Step off  and “ The Kings of Motivation” - This component will consist of the Texas Drum Lines & Step Teams Performing. Modeling runway fashion show  & Entertainment. Finale –  Prairie View A & M Univ. Drum Line – The Box
• The Kings of Motivation Speakers : An electrifying production featuring four of the most dynamic EDU-TAINERS in the country will close out the Houston Black Expo “Handle Ya Business “Youth Summit.
• Module #4 – “Holla Back Teen Panel” Entrepreneur / Business Professionals - This component will allow the youth participants to engage with the successful business and celebrities that will be attending the Houston Black Expo. They will be allowed to answer questions and get feed back on the life of a business and what it takes to get to that level.
